| Chapter Leader Form | Description |
| Annual Financial and Chapter Roster Report | Each chapter must submit the Annual Financial and Chapter Roster Report by March 1 annually. |
| Chapter Funding - Quarterly | To qualify for quarterly chapter funding, chapters must submit a report of volunteer activity within 5 days after the quarter. |
| Chapter Leader Guide | This guide provides information on leadership responsibilities, voting, funding, matching funds, and member opportunities – it’s a great resource about running your chapter in one document. It also provides step-by-step instructions on how to enter your reports. |
| Chapter Templates | Templates for meeting agendas and minutes, donation thank you, tracking volunteer hours, etc. |
| Complimentary General Membership | Each chapter will receive five complimentary memberships for new members each year. After one year of complimentary membership, the member can renew for $20 a year. |
| Difference Maker Fund | Each chapter member can apply to receive $200 for a volunteer project in their community. |
| Event Insurance | If your chapter hosts an event at a venue that requires you to provide liability insurance, simply contact your Member Engagement Specialist (MES). Be prepared to provide them with the purpose, location, date, and time of your event. Your MES will email you a Certificate of Insurance within 2–3 days of your request. |
| General Membership | Application to become a General Member, someone who doesn't have a financial product with Royal Neighbors. General Memberships for persons age 15.5 and older are $20 a year. |
| Matching Funds Program | Each year chapters have the opportunity to receive up to $1,000 for a nonprofit through our Matching Funds program. Refer to the Chapter Leader Guide for more details or call the Philanthropy Team for assistance. |
| Media Kit | You can find a form to request the Royal Neighbors' logo at the bottom of this page. |
| Member Relief Fund | Our Member Relief Fund provides assistance to members experiencing extreme financial hardship as a result of illness, accident, or disaster. It’s a benefit we hope members never have to use, but it’s here if they need it. |
| Member List Request | Use this link to request a chapter member list. When requesting, make sure you provide us with your name and chapter number. Please allow one week to receive the list. |
| Member Pins | You can order 25-, 50-, and 75-year anniversary pins for anyone in your chapter who's achieved one of these milestones. Email us and we'll mail them to you at no charge. |
| Nation of Neighbors℠ Empowerment Grant Program | Our signature women's empowerment program that recognizes and supports their work through a nonprofit, business, or program. All members can nominate leaders who are doing extraordinary things to impact the lives of women and girls in their community. |
| Photographic and Personal Statement Release | This form ensures that chapter leaders and participants in Royal Neighbors events approve of their picture(s) being used in a variety of appropriate mediums. |
| Photography Guidelines and Submission | We enjoy seeing pictures of chapter events and sharing them with others. This form offers guidelines for taking great pictures as well as providing the opportunity to easily submit photos online. |
| RoyalConnect | A monthly program to connect the community to our mission through small acts of kindness. For each person who participates, we will donate $10 to a chosen nonprofit. |
| Scholarships | Our scholarship program provides financial assistance to Beneficial Members who plan to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited institution to obtain a trade or vocational degree, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or doctoral degree. |
| T-shirts and Royal Neighbors' Items | You can order items like t-shirts with the Royal Neighbors' logo using chapter funds through Sky High Marketing. Click here to search for items. When you're ready to place an order, email or call Tory at Sky High: Tory@skyhighmarketing.com or 262-259-0424. Sky High has the Royal Neighbors' logo and can place it on any item you choose. |
